Made-to-Order Products

Our products are made to order through our printing and fulfillment partners. Production begins after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Multiple Shipments

Items ordered together may arrive in separate packages because they may be produced at different fulfillment locations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has started.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and details.

We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner. If the problem is caused by our store or fulfillment partner, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
